The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual’s mind, body, and soul. During this week you will learn more about yourself, gain self-love and inner harmony. You will start the day with a rejuvenating, energizing practice followed by a soft meditation.
Before dinner you will take a step back to reflect on the day and enjoy a gentle and soft practice.

I will help you to develop your own yoga practice in the midst of a tropical environment and the most beautiful beaches.
At Nateea Yoga Retreat you will practice a variety of dynamic and energetic Vinyasa Flows, strong and mindful Hatha Yoga and soft and restorative Yin Yoga

Visualize waking up in the dim light before sunrise, hearing the ocean waves. You get up, step outside and listen to the peaceful sound of birds chirping and waves touching the shore. You walk up to the beautiful beach, looking out to the vastness of the ocean with its tropical islands in the far distance. Imagine practicing your sun salutation with sand under your mat, looking up to swaying coconut palm trees in the warm breeze and clear blue skies. By aligning with elements you work into achieving the highest level of perception and harmony with like-minded and loving people. Feeling refreshed and rejuvenated we pack up the mats and walk back into our island beach villa where local and western breakfast awaits you.
