Bio
Hey, my name is Nateea, and I am a 500-hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher with a warm-hearted and enthusiastic spirit. I have been immersed in the journey of self exploration through yoga for over 7 Years.
Born in the USA and growing up in Germany with roots in Trinidad/Tobago, I developed an appreciation for different cultures and the importance of learning about them. This led me to become a flight attendant in 2011 and travel extensively for 11 years.
During my travels, I had the opportunity to encounter beautiful nature, wonderful people, cultures, and stories, which sparked my interest in the ancient traditions of India, especially yoga. I started practicing meditation in 2016 and soon discovered that a constant physical yoga practice was necessary to achieve the full potential of meditation. This led me to attend several yoga teacher training courses, including a 200-hour Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, a 25hr Meditation Teacher Training in 2021, a 300-hour Vinyasa/Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in 2022, and a 50-hour Yin Yoga training in 2023. I was taught by authentic and exceptional instructors and mentors from Bali, India, Denmark, Austria and Venezuela, providing me with a deep understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of yoga, building a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, and alignment, which enables me to guide my students safely and effectively through a variety of yoga poses and sequences.
Currently, I work as a private yoga and meditation teacher for a renowned NBA player, allowing me to pursue my special interest in creating Hatha classes for athletes. I also share my knowledge at various locations, including apartment housings. In the past, I collaborated with a 5-star guesthouse in Germany and had the opportunity to teach intimate and exclusive groups. Furthermore, I taught regular yoga classes for up to 15 people at the beach, lake, and in private one-on-one sessions at my self-owned yoga studio, Nateea Yoga. With my exposure to diverse body types and levels of proficiency, I possess the ability to adjust poses and cater to individual requirements and capacities.
I am offering a unique, yoga experience and moving meditations, creating a joyous, inspiring and motivating atmosphere that respects all body types and provides each person with a secure and impartial environment to explore and discover their authentic selves. My classes are physically and mentally demanding and are taught in English and Sanskrit (or German). To me, yoga is an inspirational lifestyle, and I encourage my students to observe their thoughts, put their ego aside, and allow their bodies to progress.
In addition to teaching, I am working on special created Vinyasa sequences for surfers. I also organize and host life-changing yoga retreats under the name Nateea Yoga Retreats. These retreats are held in Germany, Namibia, South Africa (Kruger Park), and the Maldives and provide an opportunity to de-stress and immerse oneself in the practice of yoga and reconnect with our roots in mother nature.
Overall, I am a proactive, happy, peace-loving, unbiased and ambitious yoga teacher who strives to develop my skills and grow as a person.

I'm someone who lives for adventure and new experiences. My hobbies include surfing and snowboarding, and I absolutely love traveling to new places and meeting new people.
Most of the times you will find me walking barefoot in the sand, chasing sunsets and waterfalls, taking in the salty ocean air, hiking, reading or watching an old Disney movie. I have an insatiable thirst for life and an unwavering passion for exploring all the beauty that the world has to offer.
One of my greatest pleasures is exploring vegetarian cuisine from around the world, with Indian food being my absolute favorite.
Overall, I like to think of myself as a positive and joyful person who brings happiness to those around me. I feel so grateful for all the amazing experiences and people that have come into my life, and I can't wait to see what adventures await me in the future.
