Service Description

On Sunday evening, we meet on a beautiful rooftop in Pinosol to move through a gentle yoga session while the sun slowly sets over the mountains and enjoy ocean view. It is the perfect way to reflect on the week that has passed and welcome the new one with calm, clarity, and an open heart. The golden light, ocean views, and peaceful atmosphere create a space where you can truly exhale and just be. Studies even show that experiencing sunrise or sunset can lift our mood and leave a lasting sense of awe and well-being and we feel it every time. After the class, you are welcome to stay a little longer: sip a cup of tea, enjoy some music, and connect with other lovely souls who share the same energy. Good energy, good people, good vibes!
